“How much does it cost?” is almost always the first question, and it is a good one. The honest answer is that it depends, but “it depends” is not an excuse to avoid the question. The price depends on clear factors that can be explained. Once you understand them, it becomes much easier to judge whether a particular project is worthwhile. This page breaks down those factors without a pretend price list or unrealistic promises.
What actually affects the price?
Four factors determine most of the cost:
- The number of processes. Automating one process, such as responding to leads, costs much less than a system covering leads, invoices, and orders together.
- The number of systems being connected. The more existing systems that need to be connected, the greater the complexity and cost.
- Custom versus standardized. A system fully adapted to the way the business works costs more than a closed template, but it also produces more value.
- The level of control and security. A process involving money or sensitive information requires more testing and security, and that forms part of the cost.
Real price ranges
These are the ranges we work with, so you can enter the conversation with realistic expectations:
- An initial mapping call to understand the need: free of charge. This is the starting point.
- In-depth mapping, where we document the processes, identify where value is leaking, and provide a phased plan and proposal: a few thousand shekels (NIS), credited if you proceed with a project.
- A focused project, covering one process from start to finish: from a few thousand shekels to around twenty-something thousand, depending on complexity.
- A broad project, covering several processes and a dashboard: tens of thousands of shekels.
Most projects take between a few weeks and three months. Most of that time goes into understanding the existing process and implementing it with the team, not writing code.
What is the ongoing cost?
In addition to setup, there may be a monthly cost. It is worth understanding this in advance:
- External tools. Examples include Meta’s WhatsApp API conversation charges or the cost of an AI model. These are predictable expenses that can be budgeted.
- Support and maintenance. An optional retainer for monitoring, fixes, and ongoing improvement, for businesses that want someone to make sure the system continues to run properly.
It is important to separate the two. Setup is a one-time cost, while the ongoing cost is usually much lower than the manual work the system saves.
Why do we not publish a fixed price list?
Because a fixed price list would be misleading. The same “automation project” can take two days or two months, depending on what lies underneath it. Instead of quoting a number without context, we provide an accurate range after a short mapping call in which we understand what is actually required. That is fairer to both sides.
How do you know whether the investment pays for itself?
The simplest approach is to compare the price with the leak the project closes. If a manual process consumes several hours each week, or if leads are lost and payments are not collected on time, you can estimate the current cost of the problem and compare it with the cost of the solution. A good project pays for itself when the monthly saving, in time or money no longer lost, exceeds the cost within a reasonable period. We work through that calculation together during the mapping call, honestly.
Questions we get asked about cost
How much does a basic automation project cost? Automating one process starts at a few thousand shekels. The exact figure depends on how many systems need to be connected and how customized the process is.
Is there a monthly cost? Sometimes, mainly when external tools such as the WhatsApp API or an AI model are involved, or when ongoing support is selected. The cost is predictable and budgeted in advance.
Is any of the investment credited? The in-depth mapping fee is credited if you proceed with a project. The project itself is assessed against the leak it closes to make sure it can pay for itself.
How long does it take to see a return? It depends on the process, but we aim for systems that pay for themselves in months, not years. If a process does not justify the cost, we will say so honestly.
Why is there no price list on the website? Because it would be misleading. We provide an accurate range after a short mapping call, once we understand what is needed.
